Team Volunteer Event: Site Health Check for Community Organizations

The initiative started simply: some community organization sites hadn't been maintained in years and still displayed inactive phone numbers. We performed basic health checks, not redesigns.

Check items include homepage load speed, mobile layout, form functionality, contact accuracy, and completeness of filing information. A final issue list will be provided.

Two of the three institutions had slow mobile loading due to oversized images; compression resolves this. This list has been shared with the point of contact for follow-up handling.
