Previously, visitor registration at the park relied on paper forms and phone confirmations, causing long queues at entrances during peak hours. After the system launch, hosts can now schedule visits in advance, and visitors receive a QR code upon confirmation.

Scan to verify identity and appointment time upon arrival. Incomplete information is routed to the manual lane. Release records are automatically saved and can be queried by date or visitor name.

Personal data is retained only for necessary fields and automatically purged after the retention period, as confirmed with the client during the planning phase.
