New members fill the gap in frontend implementation and delivery management, adding a confirmation step to each of the three key stages: requirement review, scheduling, and acceptance.
This update covers two capabilities: Dialogue Evaluation and Delivery Support. Dialogue Evaluation organizes real user queries into test sets to compare answer accuracy after each adjustment. Delivery Support connects requirements, schedules, and acceptance records to minimize information loss during multi-party handoffs.
Three process adjustments were made: 1. Acceptance criteria must be included in requirement reviews. 2. Schedules are broken down by week. 3. All acceptance issues are logged centrally to prevent untraceable verbal changes.
For new customers, the most immediate change is that weekly reports will clearly state what was completed this week, what's blocked, and what's planned for next week—instead of just showing a progress percentage.
